Delivery Best Practices

Creating a Delivery Order

With Davis Direct you have the ability to find your favorite products, purchase them online, and then have them delivered directly to your door. Here are some best practices to help that transaction go smoothly.

1) Select Delivery Shopping

At the top of the website or App you can select: Delivery, Pickup, or In-Store

Select Delivery to see all of the products that you can purchase online to pickup at your local store.

2) Select which Store You Would Like to Pickup from

Once, you select Delivery there will be an EDIT icon with an address next to it. Click EDIT and you will have the opportunity to select which location you want to order from. Click the location you want to Shop and then click Shop This Store

3) Create Your Online Order

Now that you are shopping your store, you will be able to see all of the products that are in stock at the store you are shopping. Once you find the product you are looking for click on that product to show more details. If that is the product you want to pick up in store click Add to Cart

4) Finalize Your Order

Once you have added all of your items to cart and are ready to check out go to the shopping cart in the top right corner.

All of your items should be in stock, but in case we run out before your order is created we ask that you use the Choose Replacement button under each product to determine what happens if our team cannot find one of your products. You have 3 options if that happens

–Replace with a Specific Item: This is where you can choose what product to have the team replace if it cannot be found.

–Replace with Best Match: Our team members will do their best to find the best match suitable if the exact product is unavailable.

–Refund this Item: If we cannot find the exact product you purchased then we will refund that amount back to the card you made the purchase on.

***Total amount will be updated to your card depending on what the final amount comes to with those replacements.***
